Patricia Saiz is currently a professor of international arbitration and director of international relations at ESADE Law School, the ICC YAF Regional Representative for 2014-2016 for Spain and Portugal, and an ICC Arbitrator. Michele Potestá


Michele Potestà is a senior associate at Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler in Geneva, practicing international commercial and investment arbitration. Michele has served as sole arbitrator under the ICC and DIAC Rules, and as counsel and tribunal secretary in several arbitrations under the ICC, ICSID, ICSID Additional Facility, and UNCITRAL Rules.
