Ana Serra e Moura is since August 2013, the Counsel in charge of Latin America and the Iberian Region of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Before she held the position of Deputy Counsel on the same team. She received her law degree from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. She is admitted to practice in Portugal. Her experience in international dispute resolution includes having worked in team with Juan Fernández-Armesto, founding partner of Armesto & Asociados, in more than 20 arbitration proceedings, including domestic and international, ad-hoc and administrative arbitrations and involving commercial, as well as construction and investment disputes. Anne Marie Whitesell is Professor and Faculty Director of International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Programs at Georgetown University Law Center. Ms. Whitesell joined Georgetown from Dechert in Washington, D.C. and Paris, where she spent six years as Of Counsel in the firm’s international arbitration group. Prior to that, she was Secretary General of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Ms. Whitesell received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and her Doctorate in Law from the Université de Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne.
