Kabir Duggal

Kabir Duggal is a senior associate at Baker & McKenzie`s International Arbitration Practice Group and a lecturer-in-Law at the Columbia Law School teaching international investment law. He holds an LLM from NYU School of Law where he was a Hauser Global Scholar and a Master of Laws from Oxford as a DHL-Times of India Scholar. He has significant experience in investor-state arbitration and commercial arbitration under ICSID, ICC, ETC and UNCITRAL rules in the oil and gas, cement and communication industries. He is admitted to practice law in New York, England & Wales, and India.
