Sara Moro Gómez-Bernardo is a Principal Associate in the Arbitration department at Cuatrecasas (Madrid). She specializes in international arbitration and complex litigation, with particular experience in industrial and energy disputes, including those governed by FIDIC contracts.

Sara has acted in proceedings under the rules of major arbitral institutions, such as the ICC, and regularly advises clients throughout the lifecycle of large-scale projects, including contract drafting and claims management. She has also lectured in the master’s degree in Spanish Legal Practice at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and is an active member of the Spanish and Iberoamerican Arbitration Club (CEIA), ICDR Young & International, and Young ICCA.

Sara graduated with a degree in Law and Economics from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and holds a master’s degree in Spanish Legal Practice.
