Fabio Núñez del Prado is a partner and co-head of the arbitration practice at Rebaza, Alcázar & De las Casas. He graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (valedictorian; summa cum laude), and he did an LL.M. at Yale Law School. He is admitted to practice in Peru, the New York Bar and the roll of solicitors of England and Wales.
Fabio has been a professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, and Universidad del Pacífico. He has published articles in Latin American, European, and Asian law journals. He has also written three books entitled “Demystifying Myths”, “The Tragedy of Consent” and “Justice Paper”. Fabio has been ranked as Star Associate (2022) and Up-and-Coming (2023) in Chambers & Partners and as “Rising Star” and “Next Generation Partner” in Legal 500.
