Felipe Aragón specializes in international commercial and investment arbitration. He holds a double degree in Law and Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
He has participated in numerous arbitration proceedings regarding distribution contracts, banking products, public concessions, shareholders agreements, EPC contracts, mining and oil & gas disputes. The arbitral proceedings in which Felipe participates in are conducted under the arbitration rules of ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL and CAM.
Felipe is also the co-founder of IASC – International Arbitration Seminars and Courses – a non-profit organization devoted to the dissemination and study of international arbitration. In the past, he has also collaborated with Universidad Carlos III in the coaching for moot court competitions.
