Juan Francisco Nasser is a forensic accountant and damages expert with more than 20 years of experience in international arbitration, commercial litigation, and complex corporate disputes. He regularly acts as a quantum and valuation expert in high-value contentious matters and expert determinations.
Mr. Nasser has provided expert evidence in over 70 arbitration and court proceedings, testifying in both English and Spanish. His experience includes appointments in post-M&A and shareholders’ disputes, as well as infrastructure, energy, and public‐private partnership matters.
He has been instructed in cases across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia, spanning sectors including energy, infrastructure, water, real estate, technology, manufacturing, financial services, and sports.
In addition to his dispute work, Mr. Nasser has substantial transactional experience, having advised on numerous mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and valuations throughout his career.
Mr. Nasser holds a master’s degree in financial management and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. He is an Accredited Valuation Expert and a practising full member of The Academy of Experts. He has been recognized by Lexology Index as a Future Leader in Arbitration – Expert Witnesses.
