Yuri is a Senior Associate in the International Arbitration Group of Freshfields Paris. He is a US- and French-qualified lawyer. For over a decade Yuri has represented governments, state entities, and private parties in a broad range of investor-State and commercial arbitrations under the ICC, ICSID, ICSID AF, UNCITRAL, CAM Santiago and CRCICA rules that involved construction, energy, infrastructure and natural resources projects in Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. He also has significant experience in State-to-State disputes, having acted in proceedings before the World Trade Organization and the International Court of Justice.
