Catherine Kettlewell is an associate at Arnold & Porter’s International Arbitration Practice Group, holds an MBE from University of Barcelona, an LLM from Berkeley School of Law and a Licenciatura degree from the Instituto Teconológico Autónomo de México. She has extensive experience with arbitral practice under the rules of the ICSID, worked as a legal counsel at ICSID, in addition to also having experience in the energy practice and in the international trade practice for a leading international firm.

Kabir Duggal is a senior associate at Baker & McKenzie`s International Arbitration Practice Group and a lecturer-in-Law at the Columbia Law School teaching international investment law. He holds an LLM from NYU School of Law where he was a Hauser Global Scholar and a Master of Laws from Oxford as a DHL-Times of India Scholar.
